A loess composition is provided to reduce the cost required for heating a room or other indoor space, and to realize excellent deodorizing and antibacterial properties, heat conductivity, durability, and humidity- and temperature-controlling activities. A loess composition comprises: loess mortar comprising 90 wt% of loess, 2 wt% of phosphate mineral(Cu2(PO4)(OH)), 2 wt% of amphibole, 2 wt% of monazite, 2 wt% of smectite and 2 wt% of pyrope; a polyvinyl alcohol(PVA); and an ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA), wherein the weight ratio of PVA:EVA: loess mortar is 2:0.5:0.5.
