A water/air cooling type condensation system for recovering organic solvents is provided to improve recovery performance of organic solvents by a condenser, enable a radiator to heat air in a room in the wintertime, enable a water cooling type heat exchanger to prevent temperature of the air in the room from rapidly increasing in the summertime, and improve the working environment in an indoor space such as a laundry accordingly. A water/air cooling type condensation system(1) for recovering organic solvents comprises: a radiator(3) which is installed outside a sealed casing(10), and which is equipped with a compressor(2) and a radiation fan(4); a condenser(5) which is installed in the sealed casing and connected to the compressor and the radiator by a refrigerant pipe(31); an inflow pipe connected to a front outer side of the sealed casing to flow vapor containing organic solvents into the sealed casing; a discharge pipe connected to the front outer side of the sealed casing to exhaust air from which the organic solvents have been condensed and removed by the condenser to the outside; and a water cooling type heat exchanger(30) installed outside the sealed casing to cool and condense a refrigerant together with the radiator, wherein the water cooling type heat exchanger is installed on a refrigerant pipe extending from the compressor to the radiator or installed on a refrigerant pipe extending to the condenser through the radiator.
