A meat roaster is provided to prevent a grille from being separated from a roaster body having a hot water circulation apparatus, and to circulate the hot water into the grille as the roaster body and the grille are assembled and block the hot water as the grille is separated from the roaster body. A meat roaster comprises a grille(10), a roaster body(20), a hot water circulation apparatus, an operating lever(42), a pair of fixing tools(44), an anti-separation member(40), and an air control unit(50). The grille having a circulation pipe for the circulation of hot water inside the frame, includes an inlet(16) and an outlet(18) that are in communication with the circulation pipe on the lower side of the frame. The roaster body comprises connection sockets(30) that are respectively connected to the inlet and outlet of the grille while maintaining airtightness. The hot water circulation apparatus, which is in connection with the connection socket of the roaster body, circulates hot water to the circulation pipe of the grille. The operating lever is movably assembled to a bracket that is assembled to the connection socket and secured on a lateral side of the roaster body to prevent separation of the grille, and rotates around the bracket in a direction of assembly and disassembly of the grille. The fixing tools that are in connection with the operating lever to be hinged to the roaster body, are rotated around the hinge according to the rotation of the operating lever to secure or release the grille from the roaster body. The anti-separation member, whose opposite ends are connected to the operating lever and the roaster body, comprises an elastic member(46) to provide elastic force for rotating the operating lever in an assembled direction of the grille at all times. The air control unit is provided to control the flame of a heat source that is accommodated within the roaster body. |
