A method of manufacturing kitchen utensils for an induction range is provided to prevent a nonmagnetic body from being separated from a magnetic steel sheet after repetitive reuse and avoid swelling of a bottom surface of the body after repetitive use of the kitchen utensils, since an insertion assembled on the bottom surface of the body firmly holds the bottom. A method of manufacturing kitchen utensils for an induction range comprises the steps of: forming a vessel body(100) with an insertion groove(110) on its inside of a bottom surface and a protrusion(120) in between the insertion groove; forming a magnetic steel sheet(200) having a corresponding shape of the insertion groove; and inserting and pressing the magnetic steel sheet into the insertion groove of the vessel body for assembling the vessel body and the magnetic steel sheet. The center portion of the magnetic steel sheet is projected upward above the protrusion of the vessel body when inserted into the insertion groove, and the opposite end portions of the magnetic steel are constituted with insertions(210) that are disposed on the lower opposite edges of the insertion groove. The opposite end portions of the insertion penetrate the lower opposite edges of the insertion groove of the vessel body, and an engaging protrusion is contoured by the compression of the protrusion, when the magnetic steel sheet is inserted and compressed into the insertion groove. |
