A midsole structure for Massai walking health footwear having an air bag and a soft sponge body embedded in an upper pad is provided to preserve the original form of the sole and the footwear by preventing the soft sponge body from being damaged, and to improve form restoration of the sole and stability of walking. A midsole structure for Massai walking health footwear having an air bag and a soft sponge body embedded in an upper pad includes the upper pad and a lower pad made of polyurethane with a hardness of 50-70, and the soft sponge body. The upper pad has a shank with high-elasticity embedded in an upper part and having plural slits formed at the front end and ribs formed on the center in a longitudinal direction, and the air bag. The soft sponge body is embedded in the air bag, made of soft polyurethane sponge with a hardness of 15-30, and formed in a semi-oval shape.
