摘要 A method of producing functional coffee by extracting coffee powder in herbal and charcoal extract and putting into a vinyl or disposable cup is provided to make coffee with the functionality of herbs while retaining the original aroma and taste of coffee. Any one selected from herbs such as Cinnamon bark, red ginseng and Astragalus root, or charcoal is extracted with boiling water at more than 100deg.C. Coffee powder is allowed to settle by its own heat of water of 90 to 93deg.C, extracted with the herbal and charcoal extract of 90 to 93deg.C by a drip method and then put into a vinyl or disposable package(or cup)(1) with a cut-off line(11). The obtained functional coffee contains less than 0.05% by weight of gold powder.
