A roller brush is provided to improve the convenience of a worker when a brush is dipped in a paint or the irregular wall is painted. A roller brush comprises a shaft(2); a handle(3); a first support rod(10) connected with the handle; a second support rod(30) that a user seizes to use practically; a hinge part(20) which connects the first and second support rods and is bent so as to allow the angle between the first and second support rods to be 90 degrees; a wire(W) which applies an external force to the hinge part to transfer the tension so as to allow the angle between the first and second support rods to be maintained to be 0-90 degrees; a wire support part(11) which is fixed on the first support rod and is connected with the one end of the wire; and a tension generation part(40) which is located on the second support rod and is connected with the other end of the wire to generate the difference of tension applied to the wire.
