A method for processing reserved purchase is provided to enable a client to use mileage in advance by reserved purchase, achieve concrete customer management by analyzing purchase tastes of the client, and advertise DM and related information of products to the client effectively. A goods searching unit(105) searches and manages goods to be sold by reserved purchase by a client(170). A purchase reservation unit(110) makes a reservation about the goods selected by the client. A mileage supply unit(115) supplies the mileages corresponding to the reserved purchase to the client in advance. A mileage data analyzing unit(125) manages and analyzes the mileage data. A mail transmitting unit(130) transmits goods and service information suitable for the client to a mail address of the client. A purchase confirming unit(120) confirms the reserved purchase and stores the data thereof in a member information database(150) and a reservation database(160).
