PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the output characteristics of an electric motor by changing a confronted area of a rotor 5 and a stator 14. SOLUTION: The rotor 5 having a magnet 4a is arranged on an outer periphery and the stator 14, to which a coil is wound is arranged on the inner periphery. The stator 14 is disposed in a movable object 17, whose rotation is restricted in the axial circumferential direction and which can freely move in the axis center direction. As a result of this, the movable object 17 is moved in the axis center direction, based on driving of the driving motor 7, and thus the facing area of the rotor 5 and the stator 14 is adjusted, and the characteristics of the motor can be adjusted.
