PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial network switch testing device capable of verifying validity of a protocol while maintaining synchronism between two devices in a state of traffic close to that in an actual environment. SOLUTION: The artificial network switch testing device comprises a plurality of transmission and reception ports 3 and 4 to which a plurality of routers 1 and 2 are connected, a frame control unit 7 which relays frames between the plurality of transmission and reception ports 3 and 4, a control frame generator 8 which generates a false control frame and sends the generated false control frame from the transmission and reception ports 3 and 4, and a data frame generator 9 which generates a data frame for arrival confirmation and sends the generated data frame for arrival confirmation from the transmission and reception ports 3 and 4.
