PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio reproducing device which performs special reproduction by operations similar to those of an analog record player and where braking force to the rotating operation of a jog dial is adjusted easily. SOLUTION: A read instruction part which instructs a reading speed and a reading order of audio data stored in a storage part is provided with a rotary shaft, an operation disk part rotating with the rotary shaft as an axis, a disk part on which the operation disk part is placed, a holding part where a notch part is formed, and an adjustment part which adjusts the braking force to be applied to the operation disk part by pressing down the holding part with its notch part inserted to the rotary shaft.
