PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens device capable of performing focusing and zooming in a short time and of enduring long-term usage. SOLUTION: The lens device is equipped with a lens part 10; a lens support part 14, coupled to the lens part 10; an eccentric cam 18 made to abut against the lens supporting part 14; and a rotating means 20 for driving and rotating a rotary shaft 19, to which the eccentric cam 18 is attached. The eccentric cam 18 is rotated by driving and rotating the rotating means 20, whereby the lens part 10 moves along a direction substantially in parallel with the optical axis of the lens part 10, in a direction of separating from the rotary shaft 19 or in a direction of approaching thereto.
