PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retroreflective sheet in which retroreflective light has a hue different from the hue under natural light, as regards the colored enclosure type retroreflective sheet which can be manufactured in similar processes as the conventional enclosure type retroreflective sheet. SOLUTION: The enclosure type retroreflective sheet comprises: at least a surface protective layer; a retention layer of retaining glass spheres; the glass spheres; a focusing layer; and a mirror reflection layer, wherein the retention layer comprises two or more layers and the hues of the respective retention layers which are measured individually are made different from one another by 0.05 or more when expressed asδof (x-y) measured according to the colorimetric method of XYZ system.
