HEATING TREATMENT METHOD AND DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating treatment method and a heating treatment device capable of preventing unevenness in drying a heated object in performing heating treatment of a plasma display panel and the like. SOLUTION: This heating treatment device comprises a conveying roller 9 for conveying the heated object 2 carried in from a carrying-in port 6 to a carrying-out port 7 through heating chambers, and a plurality of heaters 10 for heating the heated object from upper and lower parts. The plurality of heating chambers R1-R6 respectively have an air supply port 13 at its lower part and an air discharge port 14 at its upper part. Hot air is supplied and discharged by every heating chamber, and a ratio of the air supply quantity and air discharge quantity of hot air of each heating chamber is determined so that the airflow is formed toward the direction to increase a temperature of the heated object.
