PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charged filler with a sufficient fixing strength while adopting a method of charging a filler into a groove formed with a discoid cutter in a method of charging a filler usable for repairing cracks produced in a concrete surface. SOLUTION: A charging groove 20 so extending in a predetermined direction as to be overlapped with the cracks produced in a concrete surface is formed by moving the discoid cutter rotating along the cracks. An end groove 26 extending in the direction different from the predetermined direction is formed at the end of the embedded groove 20.
