PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for allowing a worker to accurately obtain a rate of mixing injection liquid formed of a cement material mixed into soil cement when forming the soil cement. SOLUTION: A rate of mixing injection liquid in soil cement is calculated based on cumulative volume of the injection liquid mixed into soil, volume of soil before mixing injection liquid, density of the injection liquid mixed into soil, density of soil before mixing injection liquid, and density of soil cement produced by mixing injection liquid into soil and stirring the mixture.
