PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dentifrice composition which has a sufficient astringent action on gums and inhibits a harsh taste. SOLUTION: This dentifrice composition comprises the following components (A) to (B): (A) 5 to 60 mass% of erythritol having particle diameters of <355μm, (B) 0.1 to 1 mass% of magnesium sulfate, (C) 0.3 to 10 mass% of a binder, and (D) 1 to 30 mass% of water.
