PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively with good productivity provide a decorative sheet which has a feeling of unevenness and depth recognized as a recess visually as a design and is excellent in tolerability during use such as contamination resistance, weatherable adhesion or abrasion resistance. SOLUTION: In the decorative sheet, after a pattern-shaped low gloss printing layer is formed on one side of a transparent synthetic resin substrate layer, and a pattern printing layer is formed on the other side of the transparent synthetic resin substrate layer. The pattern-shaped low gloss printing layer is formed by a printing ink comprising a vehicle in which a urethane resin prepared by reacting a polyol component and an isocyanate component is at least kneaded.
