PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized and high-performance dynamic vibration absorber with little interference relative to a tool path for a tool even when it is attached to a workpiece, the characteristics of which are adjusted easily at a working site, in a milling method and an impeller blade periphery turning method in which the shape of a blade face of an impeller with thin plate thickness is worked on by rotating the tool. SOLUTION: The dynamic vibration absorber consisting of a weight, a spring bar, and vibration damping rubber is attached to the front end of the impeller 2 blade. That makes the weight of the dynamic vibration absorber vibrated in the same direction as that of the impeller vibration and in the reverse phase relative to vibration in a direction perpendicular to the impeller blade face, thereby canceling out the vibration of the impeller, increasing dynamic rigidity, and improving machining efficiency.
