PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet head and a liquid jet apparatus which can stably jet a liquid and can suppress the growth of bubbles included in the liquid in pressure chambers, at an inexpensive cost. SOLUTION: A recording head 19 is equipped with a body case 30 in a fixed form. A nozzle plate 43 with nozzles 43a formed therein, a diaphragm 35 which forms the pressure chambers 44 in the body case 30 between the nozzle plate 43 and the diaphragm 35, and piezoelectric elements 39 which make the ink in the pressure chambers 44 jetted from the nozzles 43a by vibrating the diaphragm 35 are set in the body case 30. A first sealing film 34 is attached to the body case 30, which forms a closed space 36 between the diaphragm 35 and the film at the opposite side to the pressure chambers 44 of the diaphragm 35.
