The apparatus has a housing base body (4), and a frame (6) that exhibits a common wall (8) with the base body. An electrical conductor (14) passes through the common wall and an additional wall (10) of the frame and the base body through recesses (12, 16) in the common and additional walls, respectively. A housing cover is coupled with the base body in a sealed manner, where the frame is terminated by a frame cover and a frame base. The frame is filled with an elastic sealing medium (22), such that the sealing medium closes the recess (12) in the common wall in a sealed fashion.
