A wireless digital load cell is provided to minimize a signal attenuation of an analog load cell by digitizing output signals from the analog load cell. A digital circuit and a wireless system are mounted on inner and outer portions of an analog load cell. The wireless system communicates by using both Bluetooth and RF(Radio Frequency) communication schemes. A signal amplifier, an ADC(Analog Digital Converter), a main CPU(Central Processing Unit), and a wireless communication module are included in the analog load cell. The wireless communication module inside the load cell transmits signals using an antenna. The transmitted signals are received at an external wireless communication module. A reception module is directly connected to a computer.
