METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR BROADCAST MULTICAST SERVICE IN AN ULTRA MOBILE BROADBAND NETWORK

A method and apparatus for broadcast multicast service in an ultra mobile broadband network is provided. An apparatus is provided which is operable i n a wireless communication system to provide a means for mapping broadcast f lows to a broadcast multicast logical channel and transmitting the broadcast multicast logic channel on an aggregation of broadcast physical channels, w here each of the aggregation of the broadcast physical channels is uniquely characterized by a subband interlace multiplex triple (SIMT). Radio configur ations to support the ultra mobile broadband network are also provided.
