<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an automatic egg inspection device of conventional image processing. <P>SOLUTION: This image processor in an automatic egg inspection method by the image processing for determining life and death of a fertilized egg, and a growth situation, by irradiating an inside of the fertilized egg with light to photograph a color image of an inside of the egg, is constituted of an image processing mechanism for transmitting a detection signal of a liquid egg supply-conveyed from an egg breaking machine to a processor main body via a sensor, and for reading an image of the liquid egg in by a strobe controller and a CCD color camera, based on the transmission of the detection signal, and an egg breaking machine control mechanism for operating a discharge arm of a sorting mechanism, based on a signal from the processor main body, and for inclining a cup storing the defective liquid egg to discharge the defective liquid egg from the cup, when the quality of the liquid egg is determined, based on the read-in image, to determine the liquid egg as the defective. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
