PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus clarifying a slight color difference in the color image (real image) of a specimen, and to provide an image processing program.

SOLUTION: This image processing apparatus is provided with: a processing means (S2) for calculating the hue of each pixel of a color image; a detection means (S3) for detecting the mode of the hue; and a changing means (S4) for changing the hue of each pixel of the color image according to a difference between the boundary value and mode of predetermined two hues.
