PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate troublesomeness due to power source wiring in a washing device wherein a washing means washes the blade tip of a shaver mounted on a prescribed mounting position by circulating washing liquid such as alcohol and a drying means heats and dries it. SOLUTION: In the washing device 2, a fuel cell 51 is provided as a power source, is used for driving a pump 25 for pumping up ethanol as the washing liquid to a washing tray 21 and a blower 28 for drying, and is also used for charging the shaver 1. Thus, for the washing device 2 capable of widening the selection range of the keeping place of the shaver 1 without the need of installation near a water section, the need of the power source wiring is eliminated, while the troublesomeness due to the power source wiring is eliminated and convenience is improved further. Also, by leading exhaust heat in the fuel cell 51 to the blade tip 11 by using a heat pipe 30 and using it for the drying, the energy utilization efficiency of the fuel cell 51 is improved.
