PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain highly accurat D/A conversion output while executing high-speed operation by removing effects of an offset voltage of an interstage output amplifier due to deterioration in dynamic range. SOLUTION: A distance between upper/lower voltage-extraction points in a group of reference resistors at the (N-1)-th stage is extended so as to extend an input dynamic range V<SB>0</SB>in a group of reference resistors at the N-th stage. While, each extension resistor corresponding to an extended amount of the distance between the voltage extraction points in the group of reference resistors at the (N-1)-th stage is arranged above and below the group of reference resistors at the N-th stage, so as to reduce a ratio of an offset voltage V<SB>offset</SB>included in a voltage rangeΔV per bit formed for each reference resistor.
