PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a differential logic circuit that prevents an operating current from depending on a supply voltage and can facilitate the physical wiring of the circuit by eliminating bias wiring. SOLUTION: The differential logic circuit operated by a constant current comprises: a supply voltage generator for generating a power supply for supply having a fixed output voltage and a power supply for biasing; a signal level regulator where the power supply for supply and that for bias are supplied, a differential input signal is inputted, and a first differential output signal is outputted; and a constant current operation logic section where the power supply for supply is supplied, the first differential output signal is inputted, and the operating current is determined by the voltage level of the first differential output signal or an output signal.
