PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress excessive handover without requiring an expensive server and without increasing the traffic of wireless communication, and to establish connection with stabilized communication quality. SOLUTION: When a wireless communication terminal 3 is connected with an AC adapter 4 through a connector 41, a control unit 43 detects the connection and makes a suppression signal originator 42 originate a suppression control signal for suppressing the handover of the wireless communication terminal 3. Upon receiving the suppression signal from the AC adapter 4, a communication control unit 32 of the wireless communication terminal 3 fixes a belonging place to a wireless base station 2 to which it belongs at the moment in time of reception, thus bringing about a handover suppression state where handover to the other wireless base station is not performed as long as it is connected with the AC adapter 4 and receiving the suppression signal continuously.
