PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which never causes deterioration of electric corrosion preventing performance regardless of engraving of indications 11a and 11b that are characters or marks showing information related to properties or history. SOLUTION: An inside diameter insulating layer 9 and an outside diameter insulating layer 10 are formed on the inside surface and both axial end surfaces of an inner ring 1 and the outside surface and both axial end surfaces of an outer ring 3, respectively. Indications 11a and 11b that are characters or marks showing information related to the properties or histories of the insulating rolling bearing for prevention of electric corrosion are engraved in the outside surface of an inner ring shoulder part 13 of the inner ring 1 and the inside surface of an outer ring shoulder part 12 of the outer ring 3.
