PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid valve capable of securing flow rate characteristics of working oil in relation to control quantity of a plunger. SOLUTION: In the solenoid valve including a valve body having a first oil path formed thereon, a valve seat part having an opening part of a second oil path in the valve body, a plunger establishing communication between the first oil path and the second oil path via the opening part during demagnetization of a solenoid and closing the opening part by moving in an axial direction in the valve body by operation of an armature during excitation, and an energizing member energizing the plunger in a valve open direction, the energizing member is arranged between the plunger and the valve body, and a support part of the energizing member formed in a plunger side and the valve body is formed in an armature side of the first oil path and the second oil path.
