PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray combined diagnostic system (100) in which an X-ray CR instrument (103) and an X-ray CT instrument (101) for reducing an installation area and a burden on a patient are incorporated. SOLUTION: The X-ray combined diagnostic system (100) comprises one power source section (121) which supplies power to first and second X-ray tubes (125 and 127), an X-ray photographing section (103) acquiring X-ray transmission images by irradiating a subject with X rays from the first X-ray tube, X-ray CT section (101) collecting transmitted projection data by irradiating the subject with X rays from the second X-ray tube performing the reorganization of the image and displaying tomograms, and one control console (50) controlling the X-ray photographing section and the X-ray CT section.
