PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the conventional absence of a desk and a chair, which can simply exert a heat-retention effect to footing by surrounding the desk and the chair with a curtain-like fabric and opening/closing the curtain-like fabric according to seasons or need. SOLUTION: A curtain rail 4 is preattached to a top plate 1 of the desk, a seat plate or a side plate 2 of the chair, etc. A curtain 5 is attached according to need, and the attached curtain is closed.
