PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustment device which moves an engaging part in a direction of an engaged part, releases an engagement state, and improves downsizing of all of the device and operability of an operation lever. SOLUTION: An engaged part 35b is provided on an opposed surface of a long hole which faces back and forth directions of a seat supporting frame 14b. A operation lever 37 which can turn links to an operative shaft 38. The top of the operative shaft 38 is provided with an engaging part 48 so that the engaging part 48 always engages with the engaged part 35b. The operative shaft 38 on the base end closer than the engaged part 35b is provided with a minor diameter part 49 which can pass through the engaged part 35b in the back and forth directions. When the operation lever 37 turns, the minor diameter part 49 moves to the diagonal position of the engaged part 35b to release the engagement of the engaging part 48 and engaged part 35b.
