PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and easily take out a guide body filled in a broken bone part together with a bone prosthetic material from the broken bone part to the outside. SOLUTION: The bone prosthetic material 14 is composed of a helically wound coil spring 20, and a guide wire 16 composed of an elastic material is inserted to the inside of the coil spring 20 and integrally engaged. A connecting block 24 which can be connected with an impactor 38 is provided on the end part of the guide wire 16. Then, in the state of inserting the guide wire 16 to the coil spring 20 and connecting it to the impactor 38, the bone prosthetic material 14 is filled through the introduction tube 36 of a filling instrument 18 to the broken bone part 56 of a vertebral body 12. Also, after the bone prosthetic material 14 is filled in the broken bone part 56, by pulling out the impactor 38, the guide wire 16 connected to the impactor 38 is pulled out to the outside and detached.
