PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely take out only a guide body filled in a broken bone part together with a bone prosthetic material from the broken bone part to the outside. SOLUTION: The bone prosthetic material 14 is a helically wound coil spring 20, and a guide wire 16 composed of an elastic material is inserted to the inside of the coil spring 20 and integrally engaged. In the state of connecting the end part of the guide wire 16 through a connecting block 24 to the shaft body 46 of an impactor 38, the bone prosthetic material 14 is filled through the introduction tube 36 of a filling instrument 18 to the broken bone part 59 of a vertebral body 12. Also, after the bone prosthetic material 14 is filled in the broken bone part 59, by pulling out the shaft body 46 in the state of locking the end part of the coil spring 20 by the cylindrical body 48 of the impactor 38, the guide wire 16 is pulled out from the broken bone part 59 to the outside and detached.
