PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment management apparatus, an equipment management system, an equipment management program, an equipment management method and a recording medium by which equipment management of use states or the like of the equipment can efficiently be performed. SOLUTION: In this equipment management system 1, an equipment management apparatus 10 which manages pieces of equipment 20a to 20n as the object of management connected to a network NW collects management information necessary for the management of the equipmentes 20a to 20n such as use circumstances from the pieces of equipment 20a to 20n, and totals the collected management information by a data totaling part 13, and a map data working part 18 works map data by a method for sorting colors according to the total information on a map at the arrangement positions of pieces of equipment 20a to 20n and the coordinate positions of the users of the pieces of equipment 20a to 20n, and display-outputs the map data to the display of an input/output part 12.
