PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burn-in device capable of avoiding occurrence of a damage in a burn-in board or a connector, even if a position relation between a connector position on a connector mounting part and the tip part of the burn-in board has little deviation. SOLUTION: This burn-in device has a constitution equipped with the connector mounting part into which the tip part of the burn-in board is inserted, provided with the connector connected electrically to wiring on the burn-in board; a part to be mounted provided fixedly, on which the connector mounting part is mounted; and a movable mounting mechanism for mounting movably the connector mounting part on the part to be mounted, which is a movable mounting mechanism enabling the connector mounting part to move following a stress when the stress is applied to the connector, and returning the connector mounting part to the original position before movement when the stress is removed.
