PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor unit capable of composing an electrical component box with a low height, and capable of reducing influence of noise of wiring for constant speed and wiring for variable speed. SOLUTION: The outdoor unit is provided with body part having a constant speed compressor 18B, and a variable speed compressor 18A controlled by an inverter. The electrical component box 11 is attached to the body part, the wiring 111 for constant speed is provided for connecting the electrical component box 11 and the constant speed compressor 18B, and the wiring 110 for variable speed is provided for connecting the electrical component box 11 and the variable speed compressor 18A. The electrical component box 11 is provided with an opening 57 for maintenance to look into an interior of the electrical component box 11 from the opening 57, a partition plate 56 is provided for partitioning an interior space of the electrical component box 11 into a near side space 100 and a rear side space 101, and the wiring 111 for constant speed and the wiring 110 for variable speed are respectively wired so as to pass through different spaces.
