With this, the power supply voltage supply path changing mean (108) changes the path to a first path bypassing constant power supply voltage supplying means (106) so as to supply the voltage of the first cell (104) to a carrier amplifier (102). When the voltage of the first cell (104) lowers below a voltage threshold, the power supply voltage reduction detecting means (107) sends the signal indicating the voltage reduction to the power supply voltage supply path changing mean (108). With this, the power supply voltage supply path changing means (108) changes the path of the first cell (104) to a second one, and supplies power of a constant voltage to the carrier amplifier (102) by using the constant power supply voltage supplying means (106).
