METHOD FOR MANUFACTURE OF ELECTRIC SIGN OF GLASS BY VACUUM CHAMBER

A method for manufacturing an electric glass signboard using a vacuum chamber is provided to shorten an exhaust time by manufacturing an electric glass signboard within the vacuum chamber. A cavity forming process, a fluorescent material coating process, and a space bar forming process are performed on a lower glass(ST1). An upper glass and a lower glass are attached to each other and a gas inlet is formed by opening a part of the attached structure of the upper glass and the lower glass(ST2). The attached structure of the upper glass and the lower glass is inserted into an inside of a vacuum chamber(ST3). An exhaust process, a gas injection process, and a gas inlet sealing process are performed within the vacuum chamber(ST4).
