<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side collision airbag device, of simple constitution, in which gas flow supplied from an inflator to each chamber is adjustable, a vehicle seat provided with that, and a gas distributor for an inflator. <P>SOLUTION: The device comprises a side collision airbag 16, comprising first and second chambers 28A and 28B parted from each other inside inflated and developed between a side wall part of a vehicle body and an occupant 12 seated on a seat 10 disposed in the body, an almost cylindrical inflator 20 blowing gas for inflating and developing the side collision airbag on one side of length, and a sleeve 40 disposed to cover one side of the length of the inflator 20, and having a restricting part 40a to restrict a passage for gas blown from the inflator 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
