<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustment request support device by which the delivery adjustment can be made by a distributor side under predetermined conditions when the delivery date reply and the shipment adjustment are made between a distributor that has received a request for delivery adjustment from a user, and a maker. <P>SOLUTION: The device comprises a display screen creation part 34 that creates an adjustment request display screen including the contents of the inventory information, the production planning information, and the order information of the product corresponding to the reply request information acquired from the maker's core system, when a request for a delivery adjustment concerning the reply request information is received from the distributor's user terminal; and transmits it to the distributor's user terminal, and an adjustment request processing part 35 that, when a request for a delivery date adjustment by the change of the production planning of the product or a delivery date adjustment by the transfer of the product from another warehouse of the maker having a stock is received from the distributor's user terminal using the contents of the adjustment request display screen, reflects the request in the inventory information and the order information of the maker's core system, and updates the reply request information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
