<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic endoscope configured such that the accessory of a large diameter can be used and a puncture needle can be accurately punctured to the desired part of a subject part without increasing the diameter of an insertion part. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic endoscope comprises: an accessory insertion channel 23 which is formed at a thin and long insertion part and to which the accessory is to be inserted; an ultrasonic vibrator 15 disposed at the distal end of the insertion part to be used when imaging ultrasonic images; and the accessory raising base 27 provided facing the distal end opening 23k of the accessory insertion channel 23 at the distal end for adjusting the projection angle of the accessory projected from the distal end opening 23k by swing. On the accessory raising base 27, at least two accessories introducing surfaces 120 and 130 having mutually different angles to the insertion shaft J of the insertion part are serially provided along the insertion shaft J, and grooves 120m and 130m of different sizes are formed on the respective introducing surfaces 120 and 130. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
