<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure regulating valve, capable of uniforming a load characteristic acting on the whole circumference of a coil spring. <P>SOLUTION: The pressure regulating valve which is provided in a passage for supplying a fluid in a tank by a pump to adjust the pressure of the fluid comprises a fluid inlet port, a fluid discharge port, a valve element, a valve seat, a coil spring, and a spring receiving part, the coil spring being interposed between the valve element and the spring receiving part, closing the valve element when the fluid pressure in the passage is a predetermined value or less, and opening the valve element when the fluid pressure in the passage is larger than the predetermined value. The coil spring is constituted so that the upper winding end of an upper winding part is shifted from the lower winding end of a lower end winding part by 180°. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
