PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving scene clipping device capable of suitably dividing a driving scene image and recording it even when conversation is not carried out.

SOLUTION: The driving scene clipping device 1 is provided with an outdoor camera 12 and an indoor camera 14 for photographing the indoor and outdoor images of an automobile when an occupant rides on the automobile; a gaze action detection part 20 for detecting gaze action of the occupant; a cutting off time band determination part 36 for determining a time band including the time when the gaze action is detected by the gaze action detection part 20 as a time band for cutting of information; an image cutting off part 42 for cutting off the information of the time band determined by the cutting off time determination part 36 from the images obtained by the outdoor camera 12 and the indoor camera 14; and a clipping image memory part 44 for recording the image cut off by the image cutting off part 42.
