PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing structure in which a bar-shaped reinforcing element is retrofitted at a pole head portion in a manner straightly hanging from a lower surface of a beam or a girder along a pole. SOLUTION: The reinforcing structure of the pole head portion is implemented by using the reinforcing element 10 which is linearly formed of an anchor portion 11 and a bolt portion 12. The anchor portion 11 is screwed into the lower surface of the beam or the girder 2, and the bolt portion 12 hanging from the anchor portion 11 is engaged with a hold-down fastener 20 fixed to a side surface of the pole 1.
