PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid agent for a functional gelled composition having high selection freedom on the decoration property and functionality. SOLUTION: The liquid agent for a functional gelled composition can form a functional gelled composition by mixing a first liquid agent containing a functional component with a second liquid agent containing a decorative component. The liquid agent contains either one of the functional component and the decorative component and either one of a gelling material and a gelling agent for the gelling material.
