PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a dust collector compact and to enhance performance. SOLUTION: The dust collector is provided with a dust charging section (12) and a dust collecting section (30). A dust collecting electrode (40) and a high voltage electrode (50) of the dust collecting section (30) are provided with base members (41, 51) having square lattice structure wherein many vent holes (46, 56) are formed, and protruding members (42, 52) extending to the inside of the vent holes (56, 46) of the opposing electrodes (50, 40).
