PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To neatly arrange the wiring of electronic devices used on a top panel, to enhance the efficiency in wiring work, and to prevent the loss of a wiring cover by easily and smoothly opening/closing and attaching/detaching the wiring cover. SOLUTION: A plurality of support members 12 with cover mounting faces 17 on which the wiring cover 11 can be mounted are disposed separately from each other to the left/right inside a wiring space 9 in the wiring cover device 10, and the wiring cover 11 is held by the support members 12 in such a state that the upper surface of the wiring cover 11 is almost parallel to the upper surface of the top panel 2. A cover storage space 21 is formed between the front end faces 12a of the support members 12 and the rear end face 2b of the top panel 2 facing the front end faces, so that the wiring cover 11 can be mounted/held in the erected state inside the cover storage space 21 in the wiring cover device 10.
